This episode’s guest is a mindset and intuitive eating coach who helps people go from self-sabotage to having a greater sense of self and, as a result, more self-control. In her own words, Purdey helps the overthinking, people-pleasing, I'm not good enough perfectionist (maybe permanently starting a diet) learn to thrive, be you and be happy. Having grown up with a love for food, connection, and understanding, Purdey’s unique journey took her from culinary school, to yachting and now to coaching. Having studied Health and Life Coaching, CBT, NLP, Mindfulness, and Applied psychology, it was when she was working as a personal chef on super yachts that she realized binge eating, procrastination, people pleasing, and similar behaviors could not be corrected until the greater problem of these symptoms was addressed – our mindset.
