In this episode, I speak with Richard Bistrong, the CEO of Frontline Anti-Bribery. He specialises in helping organisations prevent bribery and corruption, as well as in enhancing the effectiveness of their Compliance programmes. You can find more out about Richard on his website: https://richardbistrong.com/ as well as on LinkedIn (https://www.linkedin.com/in/richardbistrong/) and Twitter (https://twitter.com/RichardBistrong).The episode is also an experiment. I've split my conversation with Richard up into smaller episodes, so it is only 20 minutes rather than the usual longer format. Om Podcasten

People are often described as the largest asset in most organisations. They are also the biggest single cause of risk. This podcast explores the topic of 'human risk', or "the risk of people doing things they shouldn't or not doing things they should", and examines how behavioural science can help us mitigate it. It also looks at 'human reward', or "how to get the most out of people". When we manage human risk, we often stifle human reward. Equally, when we unleash human reward, we often inadvertently increase human risk.
