117 - Toxic professionalism ...how's that going for you?
Do you find yourself sticking with a decision because you don’t want to appear “flakey”? Or perhaps you force yourself to make a quick decision from your head instead of giving yourself the time and grace to tap into your gut and intuition? Or MAYBE you are trapped by the golden handcuffs? You know you dislike it, but it’s lucrative, soooo… As I grow and evolve in my own business, I notice more & more truth in the saying "wherever you go, there you are" ...and of course - it's the foundation of the work I do. So when these three toxic professionalism traits rise up in ME ...I know they'll probably be applicable to you too.
