Our biggest lessons when moving from residential to commercial conversions
This is possibly my most awkward interview to date, because Jerry is a true expert when it comes to commercial property investing and I spent the whole time trying to think of answers beyond ‘we just make it up as we go along’. Jerry Alexander is the host of the Commercial Property Investor podcast and invited me on to talk about our own experiences in the world of commercial property investing.
