Wanda returns to the podcast to discuss home design as a teaching opportunity! "How do you raise emotionally healthy and confident kids?" That was the question that filled Wanda's mind. Knowing she wanted to parent differently, she started doing everything the parenting experts said to do BUT it only added to feelings of mom guilt, anxiety, and her already severe depression. Determined and a desperate, she stepped into the unknown. She discovered 3 major parenting gaps and they all had to do with the traditions we have in our lives. Learning these gaps enabled her to swing her depression to the curb and raise 4 emotionally healthy and confident kids of her own. Now a parenting Coach herself she helps other parents know how to help their kids thrive in a way that leaves parents feeling energized too.
