A look back at how a killer used a knife

In another high-profile killing that involved a knife...Chris takes you back to the scene where Matthew Cecchi, 9, had his life taken from an assailant with a knife inside an Oceanside, Calif. bathroom some 25 years later. On Nov. 14, 1998, Matthew had his life taken while inside a public beachside bathroom in Oceanside. Matthew and his family were visiting the Oceanside Harbor for a family reunion. Chris was the lead investigator on the case. The assailant, Brandon Wilson, 20, used a 4-inch knife on his victim. He confessed to the murder and showed Chris in one of the most chilling videotaped police interviews ever shared how he did it. Wilson was convicted, sentenced to death, and sent to San Quentin Prison's death row. While in prison, Wilson unlived himself in 2011. Trigger Warning: The interview of Wilson is graphic and for mature audiences only. Bios: ✅ Chris - Bio: https://www.coldcasefoundation.org/ch... ✅ Karen - Bio https://www.coldcasefoundation.org/ka...
