The Jewish New Year, Rosh Hashanah, begins on Sunday night. It’s a time of reflection and introspection as we look back at the past year and prepare for the new one ahead. But did you know that Biblically this holiday is not actually the new year and has nothing to do with apples or honey? We call it the Feast of Trumpets, or Yom Teruah in Hebrew.
