70. How Feeling "Stuck" in Motherhood Negatively Impacts Your Mental Health

I felt terribly stuck. And I’m here to talk about it because there is a narrative about motherhood that we NEED to redefine.  The past month was tough for me, and I’m glad to have this space to share pieces of my life with you all. It makes motherhood all the more bearable knowing the other mamas might be navigating the same difficult emotions as I am. It means I’ll eventually get from point A to B. And it means you will, too. There are many messy truths about being a mother, and if you’re struggling to embrace and conquer them, then this episode is for YOU. I want you to know you are never alone.
