74. Advocating for Your Mental Health + Motherhood w/ Rosyln Rene

It is okay if you need more than what others may need. The thing is, you don’t ever have to be on the same wavelength as anybody. Your feelings are valid, and your needs SHOULD be met.  As moms, we tend to forget that we are our own greatest advocates. We know our needs better than anybody else. Even before we became moms, we know the things that give us joy and make us feel best about ourselves.  BUT motherhood is crazy—this is what I and Mama Roslyn agreed in our latest podcast episode—that we can easily fall into the mom guilt trap whenever we put our mental health first 💯  Tune in to learn what it means to advocate for our needs in motherhood and how it impacts our growth as WHOLE individuals ✨ Want to send Dr. Amber a question or comment to feature on the podcast?
