75. When Anxiety Shows Up in Motherhood

Just because we’re moms, doesn’t mean our lives should be riddled with anxiety.  I‘ve talked a lot about how my anxiety has showed up in so many ways for me in motherhood and I feel like I should be doing more of it because it reminds our mamas that they are not alone, that they can ask for help, and that there exists a SAFE space for them. Sharing my experiences have helped me see that I’m truly not the only one going through these, and it’s comforting to know that I’ll EVENTUALLY get from point A to B 🖤 In this new episode, I’ll be sharing about how I got through my experiences of postpartum anxiety (that I never got to talk about before) and still pushing through them now when they show up. If you’re an anxious mama tuning in, I hope you know you deserve to feel well too 🤗 Want to send Dr. Amber a question or comment to feature on the podcast? Send her an audio message here.
