Be unapologetic for prioritizing a good night sleep.  This amazing conversation with The Multiple Mom blew me away and moved me towards a much-needed reminder that we deserve rest, not because we struggled until exhaustion but because we’re human beings. Becoming a mom doesn’t mean losing a lot of sleep and powering through sleepless nights—it’s not one of those “it’s the mom life” situations. Rest is necessary.
