79. It's Okay To Change & Evolve in Motherhood & Here's Why

Change is intimidating.  But I want you to know that is completely okay for you to change and grow, even if it’s uncomfortable, even if it impacts the people around you.  Growing up as a first generation student in my family and the older sibling, I naturally took on the role of giving and being that person who’s always a call or text away if someone needed something. And I was afraid that if any of that changes, my family would not be able to adjust.
