Balance is controversial. Off the top of your head, you might ask, “How is it possible to meet every single demand in motherhood and still take care of myself?” The common denominator among the moms I’ve worked with is that they used to believe that balance is simply NOT possible because you barely have time for anything or anyone else but your kids. But the truth about balance is that it’s not a state of checking everything off your list - it’s an experience filled with satisfaction and joy that YOU get to create for yourself.
