In this episode, I spoke with former guest Nick Cowell, head women's soccer coach at St. Edwards University in Austin TX. Nick and I speak about what is a game-model? Why is the game-model important? Is a game-model necessary for programs, academies, teams, etc.? What all goes into a game-model? Nick was kind enough to share a mind map that he has used over the years to develop his game-model.
