In this episode, we're talking about what is stopping you from making a change. What tends to happen is we've got so many setbacks and challenges that arise in our everyday life that feel like they prevent us from taking action and prevent us from actually making the change that is needed. And so the things that stop us from making a change in our lives are very individual, but in this episode, I'm talking about the most common ones that I've seen over my 20 years of experience of working with people.
