The first step is to stop living life on autopilot. I explain why and how to do this, and how it can positively impact our lives. Next, we discuss what stress is and how to recognise it. It is essential to identify the symptoms of stress and address them before they escalate. Additionally, I highlight the importance of identifying the root causes of stress and addressing them. Towards the end, I introduce the WOOP method, a four-step process that helps us achieve our goals without stress. By adopting this technique, we can set and accomplish our goals in a stress-free manner. In summary, managing stress is crucial for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
