Kemi Nekvapil

This is a name you need to remember: Kemi Nekvapil.  Believe us when we tell you the wisdom contained within our interview will probably change your life. The British-born actor, chef, yoga teacher, author, and life coach has a life story so varied and vast, it’s no wonder she's learned a thing or few about how the world turns for women in their forties. From realising the damage it does when we don’t ask for what we need, to deciding not to be at the mercy of her hormones; from navigating white spaces as a black woman, to the awakening that it’s not her role in life to be good and liked and make everyone happy. We were stunned into silence a couple of times, and hope you get as much out of this episode as we both did.   So, what happens when you decide not to play the ‘nice’ card?  We find out in FORTY.     CREDITS: Hosts: Lise Carlaw and Sarah Wills Guest: Kemi Nekvapil Instagram: @keminekvapil Everything Kemi: linktr.ee/keminekvapil  Producer: Jason Strozkiy www.strozkiymedia.com    CONTACT: Email: hello@thosetwogirls.com.au Instagram: @liseandsarah Facebook: Those Two Girls     See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
