In our conversation she discusses the disconnect between traditional media and its audiences, the failure to innovate, and how this is all leading to exciting media start-ups created by young journalists. As the co-founder of the Physical Wellness Center (PWC), she also talks about the challenges of entrepreneurship and the importance of treating your employees well.
