In this episode, I sit down with a client of mine who has been diving deep into self-discovery. Luke is a multi-hyphenate creative who came to me wanting to work on their inner saboteur and the subconscious blocks keeping them from fully believing that they can have the creative, successful, exciting life they'd been craving. At the same time, Luke was discovering new layers about themselves, one of being autistic and also healing trauma from childhood.
