Jim and his son, International Sales Manager, Alasdair, are the third and fourth generation of the Walker family. Alastair reveals why every day is Christmas at Walker Shortbread HQ in Aberlour, and tells us about the traditional Scottish custom called 'first footing' and Jim reveals the historic connections between whisky and shortbread.
