027: How One Brick and Mortar Business Owner is Adapting (and Thriving!) In Light of COVID-19

In this week’s episode you get to hear from Krystyne Wilson, a brick-and-mortar indoor playground owner from Kokomo, Indiana! In the past month or so since the COVID-19 crisis, I have admired Krystyne’s ability to adapt and alter her business to fit the changing needs of her customers. Not only has she found several ways to continue to generate sales despite being forced to close the play portion of her facility, but she has also managed to keep her staff working and providing for their families AND continues to involve her own family in the process. Even if you don’t own a brick-and-mortar business, SO much of Krystyne’s insight can be applied to any industry-- especially regarding changes we ALL need to consider for post COVID-19 life.
