do our failures define us?

we dug DEEP in this episode … inspired by Elizabeth Day’s podcast “how to fail”, this is part 1 (part1: leo, part 2: cara) of our episode series were we asked ourselves the tough question “what are your biggest failures” ? A question that might seem simple to the eye… but it pushes someone to think about their past, their experiences, things they regret.. but most importantly the lessons that they have learnt, and how those failures are vital to their current successes. the two failures we discuss in part 1 are: 1. seeking validation to the expense of other people 2. not treating my body and mind as they deserve a note from leo: this was by far the most difficult episode to record and upload, but i’m also proud of our community that i feel safe enough to be this vulnerable on here. my hope is that even one of you listening will be able to relate and feel slightly less alone, because i know that would have helped me a lot when i was going through these. sending lots of love. p.s if you want to join our book club and come meet us in person... you can join us here!
