Today, I had the pleasure of having one of Coach Beth's clients—Gina—on the podcast. We recorded this podcast together on October 3rd, which marks exactly 1 year from the day we first spoke and she made the decision to change her life. Gina came to us with poor sleep, some chronic health conditions, poor energy, poor digestion, on the verge of depression, and desperate to not only feel better but lose weight.
