Matthew Hoadley is a trail runner and ultra runner based in Massachusetts. He is a recovering alcoholic, community organizer, and race director for the Womp Romp 50k and 10 miler. He is also a big part of the Freetrail Community helping to facilitate the Mental Health Office hours, a subgroup within Freetrail. He has also written a piece published by Freetrail titled “We get to do this'' on his struggles with addiction and how running and meditation has helped to change his relationship with himself.
