Having struggled with my own body issues and eating disorder for years, nothing sparked these bad behaviors up again quite like getting divorced. I placed way too much emphasis on the physical parts of me, convincing myself that I had to be as skinny as possible again in order to find a new relationship.  This was not smart, yet so many of us revert to this thought process in times of stress.
