Finding Love After Loss; Dealing with Your Grief, Your Guilt, and Everyone Else's Opinions with Guest Rachael Braunshweiger

At just 39 years old, Rachael Braunshweiger lost her husband to pancreatic cancer after a long 5-year-battle with the disease. Now a single and heartbroken mom to their two young girls, Rachael was left with two decisions: sink or swim. So, against all odds, she swam - fast and hard - to protect her girls, to rewrite her future, and to maintain a positive outlook on what the rest of her life can be. In this episode, Rachael and I discuss what it's like to move on in life after unimaginable pain, what it's like to meet someone new after years spent with someone else, how to handle the loss with kids, and how to handle (and shut down) everyone else's opinions of your new life! Today, Rachael inspires women all over the globe and helps them "embrace their next chapter." You can find her on Instagram at @gutsandgloss and join her community, here.
