Episode 19: Girlfriends Day

Original Description because it deserves to be read: I posted this late. Fuck Daylight Savings ending. The early nightfall knocked me out for a very very long nap. You guys will get a clever, witty, HILARIOUS description Monday morning. Real Description that was posted Monday evening: Grab your best gal pal for a GNO, or as some would call it, a girl's night out for those not in the know,  because it is motherfucking Girlfriends Day! And as much as I wish we could all go get wrecked at our favorite bar and dance in heels that hurt our feet for a night of reckless debauchery, we can't. Because there's still a pandemic. STILL A PANDEMIC! But next best thing is hopping on a zoom call with a bottle of vino and your BFF to listen to the debut album of new pop-punk duo, Girlfriends, consisting of Travis Mills and Nick Gross. BUT FIRST, as always... music news... wait this is not a recording session. BUT FIRST... you should listen to the ladies of The Moshpit welcome another newbie to the scene with a track by track of their self-titled album.  You know, to figure out if you are interested enough to listen to it. Because we all know you all hold their opinions in high regard. And because they love to hear themselves talk, they also talk about new releases from The Wonder Years, Anarbor, Rematch, Boys of Fall, Tiger's Jaw, and Story Untold. Follow The Moshpit Podcast on Facebook and Instagram @themoshpitpod to tell us how much you do not hold our opinion in high regard.

Throw on some checkered vans, pull on your band tees, and get ready to open the pit up. Join pop punk advocates, Michelle, Brianne, and Kelly, as they talk rock and all its subgenres. Whether it’s hyping up a new local pop punk band we found, throwing it back to the emo days of the 2000s, or venturing into some metalcore music that we don’t typically listen to, you’ll get your rock fix on The Moshpit. But mostly, we’ll talk about All Time Low. Now put your fists in the air and stick those pinkies out because this show is too much rock for one hand.
