Dr. Stasha Gominak practiced Neurology from 1991 to 2016 where she had a busy general neurology practice & became fascinated with sleep & sleep disorders. She believes that most diseases stem from sleep disorders, most of which are undiagnosed! Using her patients’ observations about their sleep, she published two pivotal articles about the global struggle with worsening sleep, the possible causes & solutions. In 2016, she retired from her office practice to have more time to teach how to improve your sleep. She currently divides her time between teaching the public about sleep in virtual coaching sessions & teaching other clinicians the RightSleep® method of sleep repair.
