Positive Podcast #6 // Making Positive Changes (& sticking to them!)
In episode 6 of the positive podcast we look at the difference between forced changes we have to make and those which we have decided and took upon ourselves. The distinct difference are key to understand if we are to continue and new positive changes we've each made during lockdown for the long term and my hope is that this serves as both encouragement and an awareness of that so we are all well prepared to continue any positive changes you may have made during lockdown rather than slipping back to old habits when you're no longer forced into those changes.
