You do not have to wait until you have no worries to feel happiness. If you think this is true then you will be waiting forever - because we are always going to have something to worry about. When one thing is resolved and we don’t have to worry about it anymore, something else takes its place. So we can’t put off feeling happy. You can experience happiness while you have worries. You can feel joy while you have fears. You can laugh while you have things to worry about that could make you cry. So I want to challenge you to look for joy every day - to feel happy, to laugh and to have fun.
