Narcissistic abuse has been called by many licensed professionals as “the most severe form of domestic violence” and yet in most cases, it’s still suffered behind closed doors. The Narc & Me will shine a spotlight on the abuse, the traits of narcissist and their long list of tactics to gain supply, how they trauma bond them, devalue them, breadcrumb and future fake them and ultimately break down their self. And more importantly, how you heal after all of this has been done to you.
