Natalias first birth was a medicalized birth with an epidural and a vacuum birth with a tear as a side effect, which she experienced as traumatic. However, it didn’t make her doubt her ability to birth naturally. Quite the opposite. When she fell pregnant again, she knew she wanted a natural home birth and so she did!
