Begone POTS with Kaiya Coursey

In this episode we sit down with Kaiya Coursey of BegonePOTS, as we discuss her personal struggle with POTS, along with many tips and insights on how to manage living with POTS. She is a mother to an amazing 4 year old daughter named Kathryn. She's married and currently working on a Master's Degree. Coming from a background deeply rooted in athletics she's excelled as a high-level gymnast and professional dancer. Alongside this, she's classically trained in piano and has experience in acting. She has studied International and Cultural Studies, French and Piano at the University of Tampa.
