Why ‘Experience’ Is Not As Important As You Think

So many therapists think that you need to get years of experience to get consistent patient results and start progressing your career. This is one of if not the biggest misconception for new grad physio’s. If it was all about experience then how is it that new grads just a few months or years out of University get the same results, and often better results, than therapists that have 10+ years experience? Or how is it that some therapists get top sports jobs or accelerate through the ranks in either the NHS or private practice settings and get roles way before anyone imagined… All ahead of these so called ‘experienced’ therapists? Listen to this week’s podcast to find out what you really need to do to start getting the patient results you really want and fast-track your career… And not wait years and years to have to gain experience to get the same level of results! Enjoy the show! PS. Andy would love to hear your feedback on this podcast. Please leave a review or get in touch at andy@newgradphysio.com and he will get right back to you.
