Family Is Forever
We're led to believe that the perfect family exists but it doesn't take long to realize family is actually complicated and messy for a lot of us. For me, family has been all of those things and more and I still believe family is forever, sort of. In this episode I'm sharing a personal story about my dad and why family, for me, is complicated. I know I'm not alone in this though and I'm applauding you for doing the work to be the healthiest version of yourself despite the hardship and trauma you were raised through.
