As CEOs, it can be easy to want to turn the onboarding of a new team member into Standard Operating Procedures, task delegation, and spreadsheets. But, in this episode, I’m breaking down for you the process that I went through and my OWN change of mindset when communicating with my team (new members, especially!) - not only so that they understand their roles, but also that they understand this KEY ELEMENT that I’m covering today.
