"I have many wonderful friends wanting to be Speaker of the House, and some are truly great Warriors. RINO Tom Emmer, who I do not know well, is not one of them," Donald Trump said in a post on his platform Truth Social.Emmer, a Minnesota Republican and former head of the House GOP's campaign arm, withdrew from the race soon thereafter after failing to garner support roughly 20 firm detractors.
