Culture Keeper with Rose Read

This summer marked a landmark moment for Brighton & Hove Albion as Rose Read, our head of people and culture, stepped up to join the club’s main board, becoming the first woman to make the transition in an executive capacity.  Rose joined the Albion back in 2010, just as the club was preparing for the historic move from Withdean to the Amex.  Over the past 15 years she has helped to shape the values and culture of the club, supported our rise to the Premier League and worked closely with Paul Barber on Vision 2030, our long-term strategy for the future. In this episode, we explore Rose’s story, her influence on Albion’s growth and what her appointment means for the next chapter in the club’s journey. Learn more about your ad choices.
