024 - Rich Bad Wealthy Good

In life and business, there's a very clear difference between being rich and being wealthy.  Having experienced both, I'm going to share with you the three phases you need to go through to create genuine long term generational wealth.    Being rich involves having high overheads, high costs and high expenses. Being wealthy is a game of reducing overheads, maximising incomes and moving through the three phases.    Those who understand this will create long term generational wealth, which delivers a level of freedom that most will never have the opportunity to enjoy.  Those who discard this will often find that an increase in their income level is followed rapidly by an increase in expense level, and enter an ongoing rat race that can become exhausting and disengaging.   Within this podcast, I'll share the three steps we teach, to all of our Property Entrepreneurs, on how to build long term generational wealth and create a financial fortress that provides for you today, gives you security for tomorrow, and creates long term wealth for generations to come.    Success and failure are both very predictable.   If you're not already a member of our Property Entrepreneur community on Facebook click here to join now and join 6,000+ other Property Entrepreneurs to share the journey.    If you're not already signed up to one of our three day events, feel free to secure one of 120 places at www.bouncebackboom.co.uk
