059 - Speak My Language
‘I speak 12 languages and they’re all English’ Do you ever feel like people are not listening to you or that the things you're saying are just not being understood or that there are people in your life, in your business and in your network that you just don't tend to naturally gel with or get on with and you always seem to be coming from totally different angles to what's trying to be said or achieved? The reason for this is that you do not know how to speak their language. I personally speak about 12 languages, but every single one of them is still English. In this podcast, I'm going to take you through the basics, the advanced and the expert levels of how to speak other people's language, and whether it's in your personal life, in your business, in your negotiations, or just in your general day to day, you can understand how everybody's different, everybody speaks another language and how you can get ahead by speaking theirs too. Success and failure are both very predictable and as you move up from the basic to the advanced to the expert levels, I guarantee you your relationships will get stronger, your negotiations will get easier, and your ability to read, engage and communicate in different experiences and environments will fundamentally step change up to a world-class level.
