The reality is nobody likes to have challenging conversations. They make you nervous, they make you anxious, they make you angry, they make you upset, however, when you can master the art of these you will understand that a well approached and well facilitated challenging conversation always has a positive outcome. Whether it's at home or at work, most people avoid difficult conversations, which is why they are where they are.
