Martin Kilduff, Professor of Organizational Behaviour at University College London and the OMT Division Chair elect.In this episode, Martin explains that his research shows how an association with someone famous can help people secure a position. He also explains how it can be detrimental when the long-term association “buffers” people from underperforming or penalizes them for overperforming.
