We are not given enough choices early enough when it comes to our menstrual health - often by the time we need to make a decision (surgery? HRT? IVF?) we’re at breaking point. We’re in panic mode and just want the quickest route to where we feel we need to be at that time. She now focuses on teaching others the self-treatment techniques she's used to manage her own endometriosis and avoid surgery since her diagnosis all those years ago.
