We speak with Kelly Travis, a health and success coach, about how she works with clients to help them realize what they actually want for themselves and create a sustainable action plan to achieve their big scary goals. We cover why knowing your core values is foundational to setting goals, how your personality and preferences influence the process, and why to ask yourself ‘why’ you’re even interested in a specific goal in the first place. Through our discussion we recognize that there is not one right way to set goals. You can be a focused checklist person like Kristy or a more flexible achiever like Danielle.
