5 Lessons Learned From One Year of Being Self-Employed

Last week was my one-year QUIT-A-VERSARY! It's been one whole year since I've left my toxic, full-time L&D role to focus solely on The Overnight Trainer! 🎉 In this last year, I have learned new lessons every single day, but there are FIVE lessons that really hit me the hardest: 1️⃣ It takes time to mentally transition out of a toxic work environment2️⃣ Setting time boundaries help keep me accountable to myself and others3️⃣ Not everyone will support you, especially in the beginning4️⃣ You can have confidence in your mission, and still feel like an imposter5️⃣ Life is for living and our time on this planet is finite In today's episode I touch on each of these 5 lessons, and how they have shaped me not only as an entrepreneur, but as a human being this last year. ❤️  And don't forget, I'm still offering my Nail Your Niche course at 50% off (only $99) until 3/4 with all proceeds going to:🇺🇦 Nova Ukraine: Providing humanitarian aid to vulnerable groups and individuals in Ukraine.🏳️‍⚧️ Transgender Education Network of Texas: Dedicated to furthering gender diverse equality in Texas.🏳️‍🌈 Equality Florida: Dedicated to securing full equality for Florida's lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) community.
