Elliot Sweeney works as a community psychiatric nurse but has recently released his debut crime novel, The Next To Die, a hard-boiled crime thriller narrated by misanthropic ex-copper turned PI, Dylan Kasper.We had a really interesting chat with Elliot. learning about how he moved from writing shorts to having his full-time debut published, and how the Curtis Brown helped with that.
