‘you’ve got to draw a line under the shame…’ S2 EP4 with Vairi
On this episode I talk with Vairi. Vairi is a mental health advocate and much of her work relates to her diagnosis of Bipolar at the age of 30 yrs old. She is a blogger and speaker and uses her voice to raise awareness of the hope for healing and a healthy life despite her diagnosis. Vairi and I talk about self care strategies, learning to love, her journey of becoming more self aware and the importance of her single season before dating again. Vairi shares honestly about overcoming the shame she felt when she first got her diagnosis and how she navigates life. You can find out more about Vairi by following her on Instagram @theface_in_the_crowd. You can find Dominy on instagram @lovedominy or www.dominyroe.com.
