Morning Manifestation Meditation

When we make up in the morning we have a choice: Jump right into the day, with yesterdays thoughts still carried over from yesterday Or you can consciously and deliberately choose the easier path. Look for gratitude, movement, breath. How you feel emotionally and physically. The earliest time in the day, find the path of least resistant, find your frequency. Some of our limiting self beliefs have been stored in our body since childhood so it is important to somatically move them out of the body first thing in the morning This way we connect to our true inner voice and can determine what is no longer ours to carry
