MINI PODCAST: Does PCOS cause us to have a lowered immunity?

What you'll learn in this podcast is that in it’s essence, there is nothing about having high androgens, missing/ irregular periods and/or ‘cysts’ on your ovaries (the diagnostic criteria for PCOS) that reduces your immunity. BUT when you look deeper at the underlying things going on for many women with PCOS, we find that many of us may have weakened immunity. This is what we'll be going into in the podcast, as well as what I'm personally doing to lower my risk (and my risk of infecting others too).One of the things I'm doing is making sure that I'm getting some activity into my day, every day.  Being homebound is hard mentally, and having a little bit of exercise every day really helps me.  So I've created a month of FREE home workouts for you in a handy app.  You can just open the app, put your favourite tunes on and blast out a quick workout.  I've also created a pop-up Facebook group for the month to support our wee community who are getting active.
