Today we are very fortunate to welcome back Dr Jonathan Rhodes, who you may remember from Episode 13.  Jonathan (Jon) Rhodes, is a chartered British psychologist, researcher, lecturer, and performance consultant specialising in cognitive psychology.  He helped develop Functional Imagery Training by raising performance levels of Olympic athletes, Premiership footballers and teams, business executives, and hundreds of others.  A co-founder of Imagery Coaching and Lecturer at the University of Plymouth, Jon partnered with the British Army to develop the Pre-Commando Resilience Programme and currently supports the military and corporate organisations with culture change programs.
